Yes. Home cleaning falls under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Living (support item 01_020_0120_1_1: House Cleaning and Other Household Activities). If your NDIS plan includes this support category and it relates to your disability needs and goals, you can use it to fund regular or one-off cleaning services with Aussie Cleaning.

NDIS cleaning rates are published in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits guide, updated each financial year. Rates vary based on the type of cleaning, time of day, and day of the week.

We accept all three plan management types:

• NDIA-managed (Agency-managed): We invoice the NDIS directly via the portal. Nothing for you to do.
• Plan-managed: We send invoices to your plan manager. Just tell us who they are.
• Self-managed: We issue a fully NDIS-compliant invoice for your myplace portal claim.

As a registered NDIS provider, we can work with all plan types including NDIA-managed participants who must use registered providers.

Our standard NDIS home cleaning includes: vacuuming and mopping all floors, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, wiping down kitchen benches and appliance exteriors, dusting furniture and surfaces, cleaning mirrors, emptying bins, and cleaning sinks. We can also include ceiling fans, skirting boards, light switches, and changing bed linen on request.

Every service plan is fully personalised — we work with the participant (and their support network if appropriate) to create a cleaning checklist that matches their individual needs and goals.

Yes. Every Aussie Cleaning team member who works with NDIS participants holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, as required by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission under the NDIS (Worker Screening) Act. All staff are also police checked and carry public liability insurance.

We are committed to participant safety and our team completes regular training on disability awareness and respectful practice.

NDIS carpet cleaning may be funded depending on how your plan is structured. It can be covered under Assistance with Daily Living (Core Supports) for regular maintenance, or in some cases under Improved Daily Living if there is a therapeutic rationale (e.g. a participant with allergies or asthma who benefits from allergen removal).

Speak with your support coordinator or plan manager to confirm what’s available under your specific plan. We’re happy to provide documentation to support a funding request if needed.

Yes, in many cases. Garden maintenance (lawn mowing, weeding, pruning) is covered under support item 01_019_0120_1_1 — Gardening and Yard Maintenance. Pressure washing of driveways and outdoor areas may also be covered, particularly where outdoor safety is a concern for participants with mobility challenges.

Yes! Aussie Cleaning services the entire Central Coast including Gosford, Wyong, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Terrigal, Woy Woy, Ettalong, Umina Beach, Long Jetty, Budgewoi, Toukley, and surrounding areas.
